Return & Replacement Policy
- We offer replacement only, not refunds (unless specified).
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is required as proof
- Replacement is applicable only for:
- Damaged product
Wrong item delivered
No Return Conditions
Returns/replacements will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Request is made after 48 hours
- No proper proof (unboxing video) is provided
