Return & Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacement only, not refunds (unless specified).
  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To be eligible:
    • Product must be unused and in original packaging
    • Unboxing video is required as proof
  • Replacement is applicable only for:
    • Damaged product

  • Product is used or damaged by customer
  • Request is made after 48 hours
  • No proper proof (unboxing video) is provided
